William Cooper

William_Cooper_-_Secret_Government-6Surrounding us in our day-to-day lives are mysteries, that to spend our days pondering would paralyze us from leading productive lives. So we turn away from these thoughts in order to seek out as trouble free an existence as we can. Then there are those who have made it their business to explore and expose these mysteries; to remind us of what we already know on some deep subconscious level that things are rarely what they seem on the surface. Bill Copper was such a man.

Cooper’s commitment to exposing the truth as he saw it, with the information he had at the time, is nothing short of inspiring. Very few of us would go to the length Cooper did in order to inform and educate what he knew would always be only a small portion of our population.

The type of material Cooper spent his life exposing is the kind of thing we would prefer to consider exists only in fictional literary works and science fiction movies. To even ponder that such ideas can exist in “reality” is nothing short of disturbing. Yet Cooper, through meticulous research, fact checking, and of course his own experiences in Naval Intelligence, reminded us these things do indeed have a place in reality. He warned us that the science fiction we so eagerly digest is more truthful than we would ever care to consider.

Bill was reared in an air force family and spent his childhood and young adult life traveling the world on military assignments. Bill served honorably in Vietnam, spent time running a small university, opened an art gallery, married, had children, and eventually penned “Behold A Pale Horse”. This book synthesized the disturbing documents he witnessed while in the military, and expressed his utter shock in seeing these plans carried out years later against an unknowing populace.

Bill would spend the remainder of his life broadcasting on shortwave and satellite radios how Hour of the Time, as well as giving standing room only lectures to inform people of what he knew. Bill was compelled to impress upon them that unless we do something, a very dark future would lie ahead.

Cooper was also well known for his court battle with the IRS and the recorded attempts to dissuade him from pursuing his case, as well as the related CAJI News Service brief titled BATF/IRS – Criminal Fraud where he alleges a history of crimes committed by the Internal Revenue Service, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and the Department of the Treasury. He had also produced several documentaries covering subjects such as the John F. Kennedy assassination and government “black projects”.

Throughout the late 1980s, Cooper was a controversial figure in the UFO research community. He followed many of the claims of John Lear: specifically, that the US government has had contact with and has entered into treaties with extraterrestrials which are, in fact, responsible for abductions. He circulated materials on Usenet as well as the old Paranet BBS, notable among them being a Petition to Indict those involved with the UFO cover-up. His UFO beliefs of the time are well described in Behold a Pale Horse.

William Cooper exposes the shadow government and hidden extra-terrestrial information. Shot on VHS from a conference during the late 1980’s, the grainy footage captures the best of a Bill Cooper talk.

Cooper was shot dead on November 5, 2001 during a gun battle outside his Arizona home with Sheriff’s Deputies, at the age of 58.

Det. Valenzuela stated that Deputies from the Apache County Sheriff’s Department were attempting to serve an arrest warrant upon Cooper. According to Valenzuela, Police had intelligence that Cooper had a large quantity of weapons in his home, and possibly explosives. Valenzuela also said the police knew that during his radio show on WBCQ, Cooper repeatedly stated that he “would kill any law enforcement officers that tried to take him.”

As such, the Sheriff’s Department wanted to arrest Cooper away from his home, so as to minimize the possibility of armed conflict. According to Police, Cooper lived on a hilltop over looking several undeveloped areas and other homes below.

Despite not owning the land below his home, Cooper was known to chase teenagers or young lovers off the land and Police decided to use this to lure Cooper away from his home. Det. Valenzuela stated that two undercover Sheriff’s Deputies were sent in a pick-up truck to the area below Cooper’s home. There were also two uniformed Deputies in the bed of the pick-up. As expected, Cooper drove down to that area from his home and told the two undercover Deputies to leave.

However, Cooper left and drove away toward his home before the undercover deputies could do anything. While on his way back up the hill, a fully marked Sheriff’s patrol vehicle blocked the road (1) in front of Cooper. Uniformed members of the Sheriff’s Department SWAT Team (2) exited that marked vehicle and told Cooper to stop, keep his hands where they could see them and exit the vehicle. They say Cooper placed one hand outside his window, then accelerated around the police car, trying to run over a Sheriff Sergeant. Police gave brief chase to Cooper’s home.

Police say Cooper exited his vehicle, drew a handgun and began firing at Deputies as he ran toward his house (3). One Deputy Sheriff was struck at least once and possibly twice in the head (4). Another Deputy returned fire, hitting Cooper several times. The wounded Deputy was evacuated by Helicopter to a hospital in Phoenix. Cooper was pronounced dead at the scene by Paramedics who were at the scene standing by (5).

The following questions from this incident suggest that Cooper may have been set up:

(1) Cooper would have had to pass the marked Police patrol vehicle while going down the hill. Why would he do so without seeing it and fleeing? Further, how could he drive around it once it came onto the road while Cooper was en route back to his home?

(2) If Police intended a peaceful, non-violent arrest, why send a SWAT Team?

(3) Cooper had lost one leg in combat many years previously. How could he run so fast?

(4) If Cooper drew a gun and fired “while running back toward his home” as police say, how could he hit a Deputy once and possibly twice in the head? A head-shot is a difficult thing to accomplish with a hand gun, never mind two head shots while the shooter is running.

(5) Why were Paramedics “on the scene standing by” if Sheriffs intended this to be a peaceful arrest?

Cooper had made it known that he would take action against law enforcement from years back, stating “trespassers will be shot on discovery.” Cooper had a history of harassing and threatening local residents with deadly force, according to the report, although he also denied violating any laws. Nevertheless, he had recently been charged with aggravated assault and endangerment, as well as being wanted by the US Marshall’s Service on unrelated felony charges.

Shortly after the bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah federal building, Rush Limbaugh read a White House memo on the air during his broadcast which named William Cooper, “…the most dangerous radio host in America”. This may have been related to claims that Timothy McVeigh regularly listened to Cooper’s radio program. Cooper considered President Bill Clinton’s pronouncement the greatest compliment that he had ever received.

Cooper had spent the last month challenging the government’s claims about the cause of the destruction of the World Trade Center on September 11, two months before his death.

Shortly after this discovery President Clinton ordered all federal agencies to begin investigation, persecution, and prosecution of Mr. Cooper to shut him up.

After years of filing FOIA requests and researching the IRS William Cooper brought suit against the IRS in Federal District Court in Phoenix Arizona to force the IRS to produce proof of jurisdiction and delegation of authority which the IRS was unable to do. To short circuit Mr. Cooper’s attempt to reveal the true nature of the criminal IRS, and to carry out the orders of the White House, the agency lied to a Grand Jury, not allowing William Cooper to testify, and secured indictments against Mr. Cooper and his wife Annie. This ploy successfully stopped Mr. Cooper from continuing his suit against the criminal IRS for fear of being arrested.

In 1998 VERITAS and Harvest Publications was sold to Hallmark Creative Corporation along with the copyright and all rights to all written material produced or ever to be produced by William Cooper including Behold A Pale Horse and Oklahoma City: Day one. Hallmark Creative Corporation has contracted to insure this material is always available to the public.

Two weeks before his death, on a night time broadcast simulcast through a number of national radio stations, William Cooper, ex-Naval Intel, blew his Top Secret security clearance by putting together a press conference where he laid out the structure of this country’s SHADOW GOVERNMENT, tracing its roots to the UFO/Alien cover-ups that began in the 1940s-1950s.

He was very concise and explicit, naming names and documentation, offices and meetings from the 50s on down to the 1970s.

He literally ripped the lid of the cover-up, and told his audience that he’d probably be killed for this, he was.

This brilliant, decorated military career man left Naval Intelligence in 1975. By his own admission, he was unable to reconcile what he’d learned while in Naval Intel, about Alien controls and secret combinations within over our government.

He refused to serve the anti-constitutional “Military Industrial Complex” run by NAS/CIA and the NWO, and resigned.

After this he began to leak info, often receiving threats on his life and family for so doing. He continued undaunted, but was increasingly harassed for his outspoken whistle-blowing.

The two weeks commencing his death he decided he could hold back what he’d learned no longer, and blew the whistle on the whole charade, naming people’s names, dates places…everything he’d learned! Apparently this was the last straw?

William Cooper’s stunning presentation was bound to get him killed. He knew it, and stated it before his live audience. If anyone thinks this man’s statements were exaggerated, ask yourself WHY he was killed? There is tight security surrounding the details of the actual incident resulting in his death.
